I love your work and want to book you. Where do I start?Great!! Please book a consultation with me. Be prepared to have/upload 3 inspirational photos, including front and back, if possible. Have desired color options in mind. Anticipated date of delivery. I'll be back with you at my earliest convenience.

What happens during consultation?During consultation, we cover your custom dress design, fabric options, and measurements. A deadline is given to clients that are ready to book. A 50% percent deposit will be needed to secure your garment and will go towards purchasing materials for your garment. Once payment is received a confirmation message will be sent to you and/or the authorized financial holder with the next steps. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the gown. Do understand gowns can be completed before the event date, and payment will be due unless a payment plan has been approved. Final payment is due before the dress is shipped out. Expect to receive pictures and video footage upon garment completion and to sign a garment release contract before receiving such.

Is the consultation fee applied to the gown?Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, or exchangeable. Consultation is a pre-requisite service for all custom gowns and is not applied to custom orders.

I live out of state, can I still be a client?Yes, we will go through the process virtually.

How early can I book for prom season?I begin accepting clients in October. I will continue accepting clients from October 23 to March 24 or until my slots are all booked, whichever comes sooner. Remade gowns will still be created all prom season up until June. They will be posted immediately after creation on my website and via social media.

Can I be fitted for premade gowns?No, remade/sample gowns are sold as is. You can visit a local alterations shop for changes or you can pay a separate alteration fee for to be tailored to you specifically.

I have already paid my deposit and the gown is in production. My prom/event is 1 month away and I want to make changes. Can I do that?No, the gown will be made according to specified wishes from consultation only, regardless of the time window to the event.

I am a local client, can I pick my prom dress up?No, all gowns will be shipped for legal purposes regardless of proximity or location.

Can I be featured on your social media or website?Yes, please tag us via social media or email pictures to lutinentleellc@icloud.com. Please submit images with high quality and as minimal background clutter as possible. A picture of a picture will not be visually pleasing.

My dress is custom, what if I do not want anyone else to have my dress design?Please understand custom means custom to fit your body perfectly and comfortably. Custom does not mean exclusive to you. For customs, I do aim to construct each gown uniquely. However, I do reserve the right to sell my designs and or creations with the best interest of my business in mind. Respectfully, I can create, recreate, or remove any designed gowns At any given time.

What can i get embroidered?Various apparel (hoodies, jackets, shirts, robes, etc), baby blankets, hats, & towels.

Where can the design be placed?Common areas are left/right chest, front center, back center, sleeves *I currently do not offer sleeve embroidery

How long does it take?As every product is handmade to order, allow two weeks for processing time frame. If an item is being shipped, allow an additional 3-5 days to receive the product. Bulk orders require an additional 1-2 weeks.

I need something made immediately, what can I expect?There will be a minimum $45 rush fee that can increase according to the size of your order.

Do you charge by thread count or colors?No, I charge by the intricacy of design, size, and placement.

Is there a digitizing fee per item or logo?There is a one time $20 digitizing fee per logo. If you have two logos, the digitizing fee is $40.

What if I want something embroidered that is not listed?Contact me for all special requests.

Can any fabric/material be embroidered?No, some fabrics are not sturdy enough for embroidery. Contact me first if you have a specialty fabric/material.

I have my own items to be embroidered, how to get them to you?This option is available for Memphis & surrounding areas, a local meet up will be arranged. Do understand I will not be held liable for replacement of said items if I did not purchase them directly. I can only guarantee quality of fabrics & materials that were purchased by me.

Can I pick up locally? Do you deliver?Yes, within a 10 mile radius from my location. For me to deliver, a one time $25 fee will be charged.

Refund Policy?There is a no refund policy. If there is an issue with your order, I will review the item(s) and make a determination to a mutual consensus. Please understand the time spent and supplies purchased it took to create the order.
